This class offers an experience in group training providing challenging and energetic high intensity intervals in a low impact format, strength training and mat work that incorporates core strengthening dynamic movement such as Pilates. It is suitable for all fitness levels. The class runs one hour and includes warm up, cool down and finally plenty of stretching to improve flexibility, body alignment and general wellness. Participants should bring a mat, towel, water and a set of dumbbells (2-6 lbs.).
