The cuisine of the Southwestern U.S. is food styled after the rustic cooking of the region. It is a fusion of flavors that might have been enjoyed by Spanish colonial settlers, cowboys, Native Americans, and Mexicans. Join Jacob and Kevin in creating recipes that feature this region and its use of spices.
