Back by popular demand…step aside, Mrs. T! We are going to make pierogis from scratch, and you will immediately see the difference from store-bought, frozen ones. Pierogis, with roots in Central and Eastern Europe, are small dough dumplings stuffed with a variety of fillings. Join Deb in creating several different types----potato/cheese, sauerkraut bacon, mushroom/sour cream, and blueberry. We will sample some that night, and you will take some home.
NOTE: You will take home at least 3 dozen pierogis.
