Intermediate Yoga (CHE801)
For students who have been practicing yoga semi-regularly and are looking to advance to the next level. This class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility/ balance, and boosting confidence. This practice moves at a moderately quick pace and will challenge the physical body while quieting the mind, reducing external and internal stress. Levels 1-2 welcome.
